Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end to end searching, identifying and recruiting the candidate by using the hiring sites like LinkedIn and Indeed to explore talent, as well as internal networking databases.
  • Managing interview screenings.  often the first point of contact between an organization and a potential hire. have a strong knowledge of the hiring requirements for each position Will typically conduct a screening interview and ask important baseline questions that assess a candidate’s fit for the role and then make recommendations to the hiring manager for further interviews.
    Organizing job listings and manage all job listings and monitor incoming applications via job boards and website. Managing recruitment activities.
  •  Onboarding newcomers to the company and passing the potential candidate CVs and coordinating the interviews with technical person to assess the technical experiences and knowledge of the candidates.
  • Converting the qualified candidate CVs into standard format and submit to the clients within given deadlines.
  • Ensuring a smooth relationship between the company and clients by prompt responses for their queries and requirements. Coordinating the Client interviews.
  • Offer negotiation with the selected candidates.
  • Finalizing the offer and preparing offer letters.
