  • Degree / diploma in hotel management.
  • Certified in HACCP System, ISO 22000 with OSHA or NEBOSH Certificate.

Experience:

  • Five (5) years’ experience in industrial or hotel catering at the management level.
  • Good Command of the English Language.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and influence decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong quality control spirit and a genuine passion for monitoring quality and safety of catering establishments spread across different locations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within different regions within the country. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
