Experience: 

• Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in oil & gas / petrochemical or power plant project .
• Engineering, Procurement & Construction Company (EPC) working experience in GCC.
• Vast experience in inspection of pressure equipment, piping, package, structure etc.
• Experience in inspection of pressure equipment, piping, package, structure, welding, materials, etc.
• Knowledge: Technical knowledge and familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASTM, ISO, ASME, AWS D1.1, etc. Investigate and analyze nonconformities and observations and figure out solutions. Capability of planning and controlling inspections for medium scale project (0.5~1.5 billion dollar). Review/Approve vendor’s documents such as ITP, WPS/PQR and other quality procedures to ensure to as per specifications and codes. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Job Specific Specialty: Review Vendor Print, Prevention and solving inconsistency, Pre-Inspection Meeting, Inspection Management, Material Data Record review, Stage & Final Inspection, Supplier Quality Audit and Vendor Surveillance
• Technical Skills / Competencies: Quality Management, QA/QC Planning, Quality Audit, NCR Management and Subcontractor Management (QAQC)
• Perform quality control of procured equipment and materials for the projects. Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASTM, ISO, ASME, AWS D1.1, etc. Review/Approve ITP, WPS/PQR, and other quality procedures to verify that the vendor performs all required activities as per approved specifications and procedures. 
• Expert in the Preparation of Inspection reports, NCRs, and a Punch list for vendor inspections.
• Review supplier’s test records and provide attestation as per approved quality procedures/ Purchase orders and provide inspection release certificate.
• Manage Third-party inspectors and vendors to execute the inspection
