For RTC-1 Employment Services, UAE                                            Salary: up to12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications                                                                      Qualification:

• Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role.
• Must have an experience in providing IT Technical Support, Office 365 management, System troubleshooting, System upgrades, LAN line / mobile / hardware support, Windows AD, Firewall / Wi-Fi / servers, and Supporting ERP system Provide first point of IT Support contact for all employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications and assist employees or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required.
• Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles
