Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating lathe, milling, and drilling machines. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Proficient in gas cutting and handling fabrication machinery.
- Ability to take accurate field measurements.
- Understanding of fabrication tolerances and alignment.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in workshop/site conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate various machine equipment including Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, and Radial Drilling Machine.
- Determine appropriate cutting speeds and feed rates based on the material type (ferrous & non-ferrous metals).
- Read and interpret blueprint engineering drawings accurately. Maintain tight dimensional tolerances and machining accuracy.
- Use precision measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Inside & Outside Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Telescopic Gauges, and Height Gauges.
- Ensure timely completion of machining tasks with a focus on quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimum performance
