• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably relevant certification         

Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in the banking industry. Excellent negotiation skills.
• Engineering Skills required to evaluate drawings, construction material, rate analysis & site inspections, etc.
• Should be active in the market to deal with vendors and consultants

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design/drawings layout for bank branches/offices.
• Developing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Float tenders & Scrutiny of tenders. Coordinate with contractors/architects & vendors.
• Site visits, and supervision of ongoing projects.
• Checking & verification of contractor bills/payments.
• Development of offsite ATMs countrywide.
