  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or related field from an accredited local or foreign University recognized by HEC.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Public and Private Sector related to Finance.
  • Experience in PSDP/ADP projects execution will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the organization’s activities and operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s activities align with legal and compliance standards.
  • Identify and assess legal and operational risks associated with the organization’s activities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete compliance reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and management of legal contracts, agreements, and grant documentation, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with legal standards. Maintain comprehensive records of legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible for auditing purposes. Educate and train staff and stakeholders on legal and compliance matters to ensure a shared understanding of these requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and external regulations, taking corrective actions as necessary.
