• MBA / MS 

Experience:

• At least 04 years of experience or Fresh ACMA.
• Candidate having LLB shall be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance of legal / OGRA Regulatory requirements and addressing any disputes that may arise including the legal section’s involvement in various stages of the billing process, from initial dispute resolution to the implementation of legal decisions in billing practices.
• Engage with Legal Team to discuss and correspond on court cases and Provide feedback and comments regarding disputed matters, written petitions.
• Seek legal advice on court orders and Regulatory decision and its compliance. 
• Maintain regular follow-up to track the progress and resolution of court cases.
