Experience:
- Minimum of 07 to 10 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to managerial responsibilities preferred.

- Proficient in managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations and Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making and Willing to travel as needed and ability to work independently.
