• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; advanced 
  degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 07 to 10 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to managerial responsibilities preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficient in managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations and Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive work culture and build effective relationships.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making and Willing to travel as needed and ability to work independently.
• Digital literacy is essential, with the ability to utilize technology and HRIS for efficient HR operations.
