Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth IR activities and maintain industrial peace throughout the Company.
- Plan activities relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
- Responsible for legal compliance of statutory requirement under Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act and various other Labor Laws.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
