• Minimum 20 years of relevant distinguished experience in teaching, research, and/or academic management.
• Thorough understanding of higher education system, challenges thereto and skills in designing and developing quality assurance policies and compliance frameworks.
• Eminence in leadership and management of large teams shall be considered as merit.
• Familiarity with international networks, memberships and formal trainings or certifications particularly in context of quality assurance will be assigned preference.
