Middle Management Solution Architect-Karachi

By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) for a Karachi-based company                                       Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) are highly desirable

Experience:

• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing robust software applications and IT systems
• Proficiency in various programming languages and development frameworks, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
• Advanced understanding of UI & UX design principles and methodologies, with a track record of successful implementations
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices and data protection measures  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth system analysis and gather business and technical requirements from senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and oversee comprehensive technical architectures, data models, and system workflows for large-scale projects, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems
• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize IT systems’ performance, security, and efficiency
• Lead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design concepts and demonstrate feasibility to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure a high standard of user interface and experience (UI & UX) design to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for diverse end-user groups
• Address security and privacy considerations throughout the design process, implementing industry best practices to safeguard data and systems
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guidelines, and operational procedures
• Conduct and lead design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
