Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in at least one target sector and any field of technical expertise from the list above is required.
- Note for candidates: it is required to clearly indicate any/all work experience with direct reference to the target sectors and the fields of technical expertise listed above and Experience in evaluating the needs, conditions and problems in rural economies of the developing countries is desirable.

Jobs Responsibilities:
- Areas of technical expertise: Governance (including institutional capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, strategy, administration, communication, stakeholder engagement) Sustainability (including environmental impact analysis, environmental and social safeguards, gender mainstreaming, flood risk management) Infrastructure and service provision (including feasibility studies, needs assessments, civil and other engineering, construction)
- MSME enabling environment (including business support services, market analysis, value chain analysis, cooperatives and cluster development, access to finance, social entrepreneurship)
- Applied research (quantitative methods, qualitative methods, data collection, practical recommendations) Contribute to analyses and plans for infrastructure development and public service provision.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations and trainings.
- Provide advisory support to the program and provincial stakeholders.
- Most importantly, supports the development of investments for enhancing access to these services
