Experience:
- 5 – 10 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably in the entertainment or sports industry.
- Demonstrated experience in executing successful portfolio strategies and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, develop and launch products, driving long-term growth for Ethara.
- Portfolio management: Define KPI targets and performance objectives for product portfolios and monitor progress towards targets.
- Product management: Co-ordinate with Event Programs to ensure high-quality delivery of events that align with Ethara’s strategic objectives.
- Event management: Optimize event profitability and success by effectively managing finances, conducting post-event evaluations and providing commercial guidance.
- Real estate management: Maximize asset utilization and profitability by tailoring retail offerings to customer needs, identifying suitable tenants, and optimizing occupancy rates through effective leasing and property maintenance.
- Product development & pricing: Support Portfolio Director in the development and improvement of products and services to complement Companies portfolio. Manage and optimize a portfolio of projects, programs and products to achieve strategic objectives and profitability growth.
