  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in procurement roles in construction industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP procurement modules

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Operations: Execute procurement processes, collaborate with project team to understand their procurement needs; conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services. Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently; ensure timely and cost- effective procurement goods and services;
  • Track and report on the status of purchase orders to relevant stakeholders. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relations with vendors and suppliers; negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers; evaluate vendors performance.
  • SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP software for procurement activities including creating requisitions, purchase orders and managing vendors information. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements
