By China Offshore Engineering Company (COOEC) Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
Experience:
- 3 – 8 Years’ experience Skills: Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan.
- Prepare and issue the RFQ documents.
- Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed.
- Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications.
- Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options.
- Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders. Update procurement status reports. Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters. Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain.
