Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within the industry. Proven ability to drive product development and achieve sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Oversee and manage the entire product lifecycle for Pumps, Compressors, Small Construction, and Industrial Equipment. Develop and implement strategic plans for product development, pricing, and market positioning. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company. Evaluate and onboard new suppliers as needed to enhance the product portfolio. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals involved in the sales, marketing, and technical support of the assigned product categories. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success and achieve departmental goals. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of the products within the assigned categories. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for product promotion and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
