By IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Science, Epidemiology, International Development, or other related fields
Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in grant and protocol writing, publications and partner engagement is highly preferable.
- Experience of working in low-middle-income settings is desirable
Jobs Responsibilities:
- High proficiency in scientific manuscript writing.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and Ability to communicate complex data and findings in a clear, concise, and engaging way to a variety of audiences, including policy stakeholders and donors.
- Work with MCH leadership to actively identify and apply for research and implementation grants.
- Prepare and review comprehensive research protocols, including developing data collection instruments and toolkits and seeking ethical approvals.
- Actively publish project findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Represent IRD in international and local conferences.
- Provide liaising support to 1-2 projects through establishing coordination between the teams.
- Prepare donor reports for ongoing and new projects through liaising with project teams.
- Develop briefs, presentations, and reports that describe and interpret project findings and provide actionable insights.
