Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates for fit out projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work, and identify any potential issues or delays.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and in line with project objectives and Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements to clients and management, providing accurate and timely information on project status and financial performance.
  • Manage and resolve any disputes or claims related to costs, scope changes, or delays, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
