Research Associate Karachi

By Integrated Research and Development (IRD), Singapore  for Maternal and Child Health                            Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant research experience and data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis using STATA or R
• Proficient in inclusive planning and participatory management skills, including excellent analysis and report-writing skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary documentation for IRB and other requirements for IRB and Ensure quality of collected data and reporting and solving issues as needed.
• Data cleaning of household and other survey conducted under the project. Write codes and Conduct data analysis using STATA or R and write descriptive quarterly reports. Hiring and supervision of staff required for data collection in the evaluation project.
• Monitoring data management and complying with data security and management protocols.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to report progress and challenges and Flexible to work across different time zones for virtual meetings.
• Manage reporting and documentation for the PIs.
• Managing and training a team of data collectors.
• Ensuring collection of data at clinics.
• Contributing to preparation of report being submitted to donors about phone survey
