- Engineering graduate, preferably with Chemical Engineering background
Experience:’
- Have more than 7 years of experience in the field of loss prevention engineering with an International Oil & Gas sector design consultancy.
- Experience of working in Conceptual, FEED, detailed engineering and offshore projects or having safety studies performance experience will have added advantage.
- Experience of working on ADNOC projects will be preferred.
- Experience in Technical evaluation of vendor bids
Jobs Description:
- Prepare HSE and Loss prevention design basis / philosophy.
- Estimation of fire water/ foam system demand calculations/ fire water P&IDs. Preparation of technical specifications for firefighting and safety equipment. Development of Hazardous Area Classification schedule and layouts.
- Development of Fire and Gas detector layouts and managing F&G Mapping studies. Experience in using consequence modelling software such as PHAST, FRED, SAFETI etc.
- Knowledgeable of various Safety review Techniques such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL etc and experience of technical scribe for such sessions using tools such as PHA PRO.
