- Bachelor of Technology / Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience:
- 15 to 26 years of experience. Should have managed QAQC activities for EPC projects as a minimum 3 projects leading a team of QAQC personnel.
- Well versed in the preparation, compilation and review of QAQC documentation covering as a minimum of Inspection Test Plans, Welding Procedure Specification, quality procedures, welder qualification, material specification and standards – ASTM, ASME.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conversant with material inspection and certification requirements , selection of welding consumables for various material groupings – carbon steel, stainless steel , super duplex stainless steel.
- Well versed in the fabrication, welding, ndt, testing of piping spool fabrication and site erection, conversant with site mechanical erection of static and rotating equipment. Conversant with site protocol handover from civil to mechanical/ electrical disciplines, site fabrication and erection of API 650 Storage tanks, Quality Assurance of EPC projects.
- Preparation of project quality plan, Quality objectives and KPI’s, project audit program, mechanical completion and handover process, test package management.
- Fabrication, inspection and testing of GRP / FRP piping system – conversant with the process, qualification testing of GRP/FRP material, final project documentation handover process
