Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited, Karachi Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Experience:
- 02-06 years’ experience (min) in the HSE / Plant operations / maintenance in Fertilizer / petrochemicals manufacturing.
- Successful track record of working with large fertilizer / petrochemicals / refinery organizations within the country or international exposure.
- Demonstrated experience in the field of HSE, plant operations and maintenance, expert in site emergency response and handling, incident investigations, risk assessment techniques, auditing and safety training.
- Solid understanding of safety and quality programs in a manufacturing environment.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review Safety/HSE targets to ensure that they are being achieved effectively and efficiently in accordance with Corporate and Company requirements.
- Ensure that HSE objectives cover all HSE-related risks and that are in line with Company and Regulatory HSE requirements and Maintain oversight on data integrity and timeliness of monthly HSE statistics.
- Develops and updates HSE standards, procedures, and guidelines in conformity with Company policies for use in-house or by Contractors/Consultants.
- Develop and update HSE Audit Programs/ plans and Training Program for all areas and employees.
- Manage Health, Safety and Environment documents and records to ensure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements
