China Railway Construction Corporation Limited SA Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification. OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health training.         

Experience:

  • Experience in managing safety programs on large construction projects. Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards. Familiarity with construction site hazards and risk assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience of BS6164 standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the entire project, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide safety training and education to all project personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occur on the project site, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain and update safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and safety plans.
  • Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts in the event of a safety-related incident on the project site
