By Al Khalil Construction LLC, Oman Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.) is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven 5-6 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC & MEP industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP products, and related technologies.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. Technical aptitude and the ability to provide product demonstrations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
