  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience on similar role/sales field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work long hours during urgent work situations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed preselling targets. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, adjusting as needed. Develop quarterly and annual sales plans and present them to management. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks. Align strategies and plans based on accurate and relevant market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to potential clients. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the preselling process. Organize and attend events to promote the company and engage with potential clients
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports detailing key performance indicators and achievements. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key metrics and achievements. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize relevant CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and lead progression.
  • Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration:  Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, challenges, and best practices. Provide guidance and support to the relevant teams to enhance their product knowledge. Provide continuous training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Technical Attributes: In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the preselling process for properties under development. Familiarity with the local real estate market in Saudi Arabia, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Proficiency in English and Arabic language, both written and verbal.
