  • 1 to 3 years of experience. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction or manpower industry with Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities to generate leads and build a client base and Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions accordingly.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and manpower industry through research, networking, and lead generation and Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers by conducting market analysis and evaluating customer needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual agreement on terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
