Experience:
- 8 – 14 Years. Experienced in Project Estimation and have extensive supplier network.
- Experienced with Design calculation of Heat Load HAP, Pump Head, Static pressure calculation, basic electrical calculation, pipe & duct sizing. 4. Making BOM & Design Basis Report Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Estimation, Engineering & Design in HVAC Chilled water System, DX System, Domestic Water Chillers.
- Having good technical design & engineering and Estimation knowledge in HVAC equipment specially on Chilled water /District cooling system, DX system for residence, commercial buildings in HVAC retrofit segments. Develop Cost and resources estimation for project bids. Upon generation of enquiries from Sales, inspects buildings and its utilities related HVAC system and analyzing its challenges and meeting with end customer for understanding the existing design and data’s and develop the retrofit scope of works.
- Carryout the site visit independently and understand the design of existing HVAC utilities to make the complete design and estimation for implementing the retrofit solutions. Verify the detailed engineering calculation, like cooling load estimation in HAP, static pressure calculation, pump head calculation and other equipment selection etc.
- Responsible for Procurement and finalization.
- Carry-out the design, estimation based to freeze the DBR as per the site visit / sales engineer inputs.
- Prepare and submits BOM, design based reports.
- Oversee the preparation of the schematic drawings for complete HVAC System, equipment layouts in Auto CAD.
