By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute
Experience:
- Years’ experience in similar position, working for mid/large-scale projects. Proven track record of meticulous planning, organization, and execution of events or projects.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Academic Calendar Integration: Align testing schedules with the academic calendar to ensure timely and accurate planning for all testing dates. Logistical Management: Take charge of organizing all logistical requirements, including but not limited to travel arrangements, material handling, and necessary confirmations. Invigilator Coordination: Communicate effectively with invigilators, confirming their availability and ensuring all required details are provided for the testing events.
- Space Reservation and Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant departments to secure appropriate spaces for testing events. Liaise with Campus Managers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational challenges that may arise. Duty Sheet Maintenance: Create and maintain a comprehensive duty sheet for all testing events, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Obtain necessary confirmations and approvals prior to each testing event.
- On-Ground Coordination: Act as the point of contact for in-office and on-ground coordination during all testing events
