• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration, and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments Proven track record with recognized international standard companies, particularly in Middle East operations and projects (preferably in KSA). Strong working knowledge of administering FIDIC and other similar contract formulation standards Proven track record with recognized international standard contracting companies

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity survey functions for contracting industry operations.
• Collect field data, check measurements and quantities and prepare the Quantity Survey Reports. Progress measurements of the project activities including Design & Engineering, Construction works, major material, and permanent equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of subcontract agreements and amendments thereto.
• Preparation of the necessary Logs (Change order log, Variation order log, Claim log, Early warning log, Sub-contractors log, … etc). Monitor the Contractor’s performance, checking, agreeing, and certifying monthly payments and final accounts.
• Prepare / Review Variation Orders with reliable backup.
