Senior Quantity Surveyor Luxury Fit Out-Dubai, UAE

Guildhall, Dubai, UAE                                                                             Salary: AED 13,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.                        Qualification:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying – Must have experience in high end Fit Out on buildings such as Hotels, Palaces, Museums or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take off quantities. – Preparation of BOQ. – Pricing and Estimation.
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material). – Analysing and mitigating risks at the tender stage and Planning the project cash flow according to the estimate.
• An analysis of the industry (PESTLE, SWOT) and the choice of jobs (tenders) should be made based on this analysis.
