Qualification:
- Bachelor / Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience:
- Preferably 3 to 8 years’ experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the entire life cycle of a project on an end-to-end basis and Capable of managing a complete construction site (Building) including structural and architectural works. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.
- Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available.
- Plotting Line Level on Construction Site and all surveying activities using survey tools like (total station).
- Preparing Work Chart Schedule. Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column before Concreting.
- Checking & Arranging Equipment before Concreting Work Starts. Supervision of the Curing Process.
- Supervising all work stages including all civil and architectural works and focus on high quality and accuracy of the finishing works.
- Apply QA / QC procedures for all works during the project.
- Managing all site activities day by day and can control time and cost of project items.
- Responsible for arranging all material requests and procurements according to the project schedule.
- Responsible for dealing with the consultant at site and can prepare RFI and any site requests.
