- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required
Experience:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Nursing.
- 3 years experience in Intensive Care unit.
- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam. Preferably with valid SCFHS Nursing Specialist/Technician license/certificate.
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Proficient in English
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs and conditions closely.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed and Managing life support equipment and ensuring its proper function.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans and Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-ICU care and Responding quickly to changes in patients’ conditions and Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
