• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in coatings inspection or related areas, such as NACE or SSPC, are highly desirable   

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in coatings application and supervision, preferably in a construction or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of coatings materials, techniques, and equipment, including surface preparation methods and application processes.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in coatings application, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to coatings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and develop and implement coating procedures and best practices to achieve desired results.
• Train and mentor team members on proper coating techniques and equipment usage.
• Monitor and analyze coating process metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work to meet project deadlines and standards. 
• Maintain accurate records of coating materials, equipment, and maintenance activities.
