• Master’s in Public Health      

Experience:

• 7 to 10 years experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation and Prepare and timely submit donor reports for ongoing and new projects.    
• Ensure implementation of projects in line with IRD-Pakistan and donor regulations as applicable.     
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports for immunization projects.
• Supervise, manage and mentor program staff.  
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide processes that enable team members to set each other up to succeed. Create a positive work environment and effectively influence and motivate team members, create a learning atmosphere for their personal and professional growth.
• Contribute to data analysis, report, and manuscript writing.
• Develop and present progress and learnings at relevant meetings. Cultivate and manage relationships with collaborators, stakeholders, and partners to assure open communication and alignment of all resources and efforts
