Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably including managerial responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Able to facilitate coordination among technical disciplines, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting efficiency with Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making and Willing to travel as needed and ability to work independently.
  
• Digital literacy is essential, with the ability to utilize technology and digital systems for streamlined operations.
