Technician-3-FMC AC & Mechanical-Dubai, UAE

Etisalat Facilities Management, UAE                              Monthly Salary: AED 4,900 – 5,300 plus Annual Air Ticket.                                                                               Qualification:

•  Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

Experience:

• 4 – 5 years in the field of Engineering services and with ample exposure to Total Facilities Management services environment.
• Should have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Should be flexible to work anywhere in the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in air conditioning systems for identifying equipment and/or Systems repair and/or replacement needs.
• Fabricates equipment parts for the purpose of meeting specialty needs and/or replacing unavailable parts. 
• Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g. Chillers, AHU, FCU, SAC, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance.
• Installs air conditioning equipment and systems for providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities. Maintains vehicle, tools and equipment for ensuring availability in safe operating condition.
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems. Prepares written materials (e.g. activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
• Trouble shoot and repairs air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. chiller, AHU, FCU, SAC, pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.) for ensuring a comfortable work environment.
• Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
• Responds to emergencies during or after hours for resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Transports a variety of tools, equipment and supplies for ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
