- Strong negotiation and closing skills.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tool
- Mandatory languages: English, Urdu (Any regional language will be a plus)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products / services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through given prospects. Present product/service information persuasively to potential customers and Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
