By Deloitte & Touche (ME), Saudi Arabia Qualification:
- Diploma holder or above degree is desired.
Experience:
- 1+ years of facilities, office services or related
- Ability to become proficient with various software applications specific to the firm’s needs.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the Audit & Assurance requests and check completed work for spelling, grammar punctuation, and format.
- Work with technical material, preparing statistical reports, planning and typing statistical tables, and combining and rearranging material from different sources and proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
- Assist staff with basic administration and tasks including typing, photocopying, faxing and other clerical tasks.
