Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers in Dubai and Distributed leads to individuals which are interested leads should convert to sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services and Close sales and achieve monthly targets and Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends and Handle customer objections and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
