- Design and develop architectural plans, including detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Designing and developing architectural plans and blueprints for various structures.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations and Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify any issues or obstacles and Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Researching and incorporating sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
