Assistant Manager Local and International Relations / Communications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited local or foreign University recognized by HEC.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Public and Private Sector related to International Relations / Partnerships / Collaboration. Experience with PSDP/ADP projects will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential international partners, including incubators, accelerators, investors, Venture Capitalists, and relevant organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners to foster collaboration and support for the program.
• Negotiate and establish partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration frameworks with international entities.
• Provide guidance and support to startups participating in the program regarding international exposure and engagement. Seek out potential investors, mentors, and partners on a global scale to benefit program participants. Maintain records of international partnership agreements and relevant documentation.
• Prepare reports and updates on international engagement activities for program leadership and stakeholders. Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing strategies aligned with the project’s goals and objectives.
• Create and manage compelling content for various communication channels, including website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
