  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field from an accredited local or foreign University recognized by HEC.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Public and Private Sector related to Procurement.
  • Experience with PSDP/ADP projects will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek out new potential partners.
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Work to optimize costs while maintaining the quality of goods and services procured.
  • Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance for management review.
  • Assess vendor capabilities and qualifications to ensure they meet the organization’s standards and requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and contribute to their improvement.
