Jobs Description:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Food and Beverages Services and must ensure F and B Services unit operates efficiently, meets performance goals, timelines and standards and Ensures prompt, efficient and accurate service to all the guests to achieve high level of guest satisfaction.
- Sets up and ensures maintenance of the outlet according to hotel standards and Optimizes seating capacity by constantly monitoring reservation status and professionally allocating tables and Prepares capital and operational budget for the year and Ensures guest histories are maintained and updated on a daily basis. Ensures that outlet employees adhere to hotel policies and standards.
- Practices up-selling to increase average per cover and train his staff to do the same.
- Conducts daily briefings to communicate necessary information and Controls pilferage and breakage to cut down operational cost.
- Ensures attendance on behavioral and vocational training programs, and personally conducts key training for employees in the outlet.
- Recommends promotions and disciplinary action for subordinates.
- Ensures career development plans and succession planning for subordinates.
- Uses a specifically designed appraisal system to review the performance of his/her direct subordinates and determines their development needs. \
- Ensure the compliance of ISO 14001,ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
