  • MCPS Family Medicine or equivalent foreign qualification or higher qualification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Valid PMDC/PMC registration certificate in case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided at the time of interview.                                           

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience including 3 years in healthcare admin of a large corporate set-up/hospital
  • Preference will be given for having established network with reputed hospitals and medical consultants                

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make policy proposals/recommendations based on best market practices for efficient and effective delivery of medical facilities to stakeholders with proper financial and internal controls in place
  • Provide leadership for continuous improvement of medical facilities of the Banks’ Head Office and all field offices by leading and directing a ream of in- physicians and other team members
  • Ensure quality medical care is provided to patients by approved hospitals, labs, consultants etc. and ascertain that the treatment is relevant according to Banks’ Rules and Supervise the process of periodic screening of hospitals / consultants for enlistment/removal, revision of rates to ensure clearances of their bills
  • Develop SOPs for smooth operations of medical services function and ensure its effective implementation in addition to exercising financial and monetary oversight
