Experience:

  • More than 15 years of overall experience (post qualification) including 5+ years of experience at comparable position

Job Description:

  • Responsible to develop technical competencies of the risk management groups that would enable them to mitigate risk associated with Bank’s objectives.
  •  Develop framework to enable future activity to take place in a consistent and controlled manner to ensure compliance with the management guidelines, policies and laws.
  • Ensure effective implementation of management reporting system covering the content, format and frequency of information concerning the Bank credit risk position, perform sound and prudent analysis and control existing and potential credit risk exposures.
  • Developing and implementing information assurance strategies to protect against and manage risks related to the use, storage and transmission of data and information systems and responsible for regular review and updates of the Bank’s risk policy and publish a clear risk management policy covering risk management philosophy and responsibilities. · Monitor and analyze overall risk of the Bank and report to the President/CEO and BOD.
