Experience:

  • Nature and length of previous experience: 2-4 years of credit and collections experience. . 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Specialist knowledge: Managing Clients.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders. Soft Skills and Personality traits: good negotiator.
  • Should have great communications skills in English – reading, speaking and writing. Should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams.
  • Should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans.
  • Should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her. Should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people.
  • Should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions. Should have a basic understanding of reporting
