Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the data and supervising Helpline Operators by delegating relevant tasks and monitoring their performance.
• Assisting the team in smooth and effective execution of tasks and ensuring their professional development.
• Completing paperwork and reviewing daily work sheets to ensure quality and accuracy of data.
• Resolving complaints (from both staff and customers).
• Keeping a check and balance on tasks at hand, and ensuring that deliverables are met timely
