By Security Papers Limited, Karachi HSE: Health, Safety and Environment Qualification:
- At least Bachelors in Environmental Science or Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent from recognized university.
- Plus NEBOSH and /or OHSAS Certification
Experience:
- 5-8 year relevant experience in a manufacturing concern with at least 3 years at a managerial position
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization complies with all the legal requirements, avoiding potential fines and legal issues.
- Ensure the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company’s HSE Systems in accordance with the Corporate guidelines.
- Develop safety and environmental policies and procedures and Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and incident investigations to identify and address potential hazards and Lead the safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Develop emergency response plans and train employees on how to respond to various emergencies such as fires, chemical spills or natural disasters.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization and collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
- Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
