Director Human Resources-Karachi

For Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi                 Qualification:

• MBA in HRM or an equivalent qualification from a reputable HEC recognized university with valid international certification in HR will be an added advantage                    

Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR with 4 to 5 years of experience in a leading HR role preferably in Higher Education Institute / university demonstrating academic HRM

Job Description:

• Responsible to lead, shape and execute the following HR activities: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organizational Planning and Development, HR Branding, Employee Relations and Grievance Handling and Compensation and Benefits
